Kitesurfing/ windsurfing instructor/manager all around the world

Hi, My name is Martins.
I am kitesurfing and windsurfing instructor and I am looking for work all around the world.
I although can do some surfing, catamaran sailing, wake boarding, snowboarding.
My native language is Latvian. I speak fluently on English and Russian, and have some basic Spanish.
I am looking for instructor or manager job.
