I was born and raise in this nearby island so I know what the best time and good things to do, I've seen some of Kite surfers who tried the strong wind, they like it here, I can do Windsurfing but not Kite, I been in Boracay I have seen the place, it's too crowded, well there is night life. but In here none... But It's simply paradise and Amazing... and to think to be alone too or just your group.... Discover the island like Robinson Crusoe, but with your gear! :-)
